    Awesome.
It always baffles me when someone tells me something like ‘those shorts last forever, i’ve had them over a year.” um. i do not give up on a garment. I think my wardrobe is literally made up of half 3+ year old clothes, and half hand me downs from my mom’s college days, grandma’s 40s, and my high school apparel. my favorite sweater is one i got at goodwill when i was about 17. i’m 27 now.

Useful advice. I am trying to only add well-made things to the household, so they do last.

That is one of my favorite quotes as well. I’m trying hard to live up to it. :-)

I’ve never heard that quote, but I LOVE it. I started mapping out a counted cross stitch pattern for it last night. I plan to hang it in my kitchen when it’s finished. :-)
