E is for _______________
ENDLESSLY CURIOUS – This is why my stack of books from the library is always so tall. Curiosity drives me to try to learn to make cheese, butter, grow mushrooms, and so many other things.
ECLECTIC – probably one of the best words to describe me. I have a wide scope of things that I love from playing computer games with Mr Chiots to reading Little House on the Prairie books, from knitting to woodworking, there are so many thing that I love doing.
END OF THE WORLD – Mr Chiots and I are HUGE fans of end of the post-Apocalyptic movies. There’s something so funny about them and usually the cheesier it is the more we love it!
ENTREPRENEUR – I started my first business when I was 6 or 7 years old making popsicles to sell to all the neighbor kids. I ended up with quite a booming business which expanded into chocolates as well. I made enough money to buy Barbies and other toys. Mr Chiots and I are self employed, we started 2nd Mile Productions many years ago. We are also always coming up with new businesses that we should start, if only we had more time.
ENERGETIC – I have lots of energy, which I ascribe to my healthy diet and all the butter & bacon I consume, this allows me to accomplish a lot in my day. It’s very rare to find me sitting still and doing nothing.
EFFICIENT – I’m always looking for ways to streamline the thing I do to maximize my time. If I weren’t efficient I wouldn’t be able to accomplish as much as I do.
EDUCATED – You’ll always find me reading something educational and researching some topic. As a result my brain is filled with a lot information – most it useless.
What words/phrases describe you that start with a E?

Fun stuff. 2012 was my favorite ‘end of the world’ movie lately. Totally unbelievable, but very entertaining. Maybe you need to take your 2nd Mile studio and make your own ‘end of the world’ version. Wouldn’t that be fun. Did you ever read a book called Lucifer’s Hammer by Jerry Pournelle and Larry Niven? A great favorite of mine.

That was a great one for sure! Haven’t read that book – but I have a friend who has. We’re going to listen to One Second After when we go on vacation later this summer.

Edification- is a huge part of my very breath of life. I believe in growing mentally, spiritually, & emotionally in all ways. I also share what I know when the time seems appropriate.
My daughters friends call me saying “I wanted to ask you something since you know everything!” LOL I certainly DONT know everything nor even begin to pretend to, but they know that if I dont know something, I’ll find out for them.. and for me too. ;)
Efficient- I tend to be very efficient at any task I take to hand. I excel at finding ways to make a task easier and faster without suffering quality in any way.
Your eclectic & endlessly curious are also words that describe me.
Im energetic to a degree.. Others see my energy as boundless but I dont always feel that way. Sure wish I did. :D

As a new reader, I just wanted to compliment you on such lovely, articulate posts. They’ve been such a pleasure to read!
Finally, it’s always fabulous to find others who adore bacon and butter as much as I do — go Sally Fallon!!!

Butter – MMM – I should have added that to my B list as well!

Here is my E, I am working on Edible Landscaping!

We’re big fans of post-apocalyptic stuff too – many of my favourite books deal with the aftermath of the event (probably not a coincidence that invariably the sufferers have to adopt simple living habits!) but I prefer movies about the incident itself.
Care to share your favourites? :)

Egg snob.
I do not like them in a box or with a fox.
The only thing I use an egg for is pastries. Otherwise, yuck.

Yes! I love end of the world movies we watched a really, really, really cheesy one the other day…Skyline very bad everything they seemed to put all their money into the graphics instead of actors and actually having a storeline.
