Quote of the Day: John Ruskin

May 27th, 2012

John Ruskin from (The Wabi-Sabi House: The Japanese Art of Imperfect Beauty)

Take some time to notice the beautiful imperfections in the world around you today.

That is a beautiful photo! Your porch looks like the perfect place to enjoy an evening cup of tea.

My mom has always said that those “imperfections” are what give us character. I’ve always been full of character. :) My house definitely reflects that.
