If you click the download link and try to play the file locally that should work Deb. It is a plain jane MP3 file which computers have been playing since 1999 (at least mine anyway).

I always listen on Monday mornings – that’s the answer to the question that you didn’t ask. :)

Great advice – how many times have I started a big project only to wish I’d prepared all my tools and supplies ahead of time?

Have a great (albeit whirlwind) visit with family and friends, and a meaningful Thanksgiving.

May be too late for this suggestion but I’ll mention it anyways so you know for next time– Have you tried pork steaks? We got these off our last batch of pigs– they are amazing. Basically it’s the pork shoulder cut into 1 inch thick steaks. I pan fried them like pork chops (kinda thought they would be tough) but they were still really tender. Possibly my new favorite cut off the pig!

That’s an interesting idea. We did keep part of the shoulders for roasts, they would be easy to cut into steaks. I’ll have to give that a try.

Hey Susy, I know this isn’t pork related but I was wondering what your thoughts are on walipinis? I’ve been thinking about making one but I’m not sure if it would successful up here in Maine. If you have any experience or knowledge of this I’d love to hear about it. This is where I originally saw one: http://www.treehugger.com/green-architecture/build-underground-greenhouse-garden-year-round.html.
