Relaxing
Last week I ordered the DVD for Around The World In 80 Gardens. We watched this a few years ago and really enjoyed it.
Lucky for us, even though this is a British DVD, our laptop allows you to select the region, so we can watch it easily. It’s nice to watch an episode in the evening after a long day of working in the garden. Sometimes I’m simply too tired to read and this is how I like to spend my TV viewing allotment.
What’s your favorite TV show?

I do love the River cottage series…but we don’t watch a lot of TV at this time of year. I used to love the Monty Don series Fork to Fork. Have you reached the episode with the UK gardens yet? One of them is just down the road from me..

Ooh, that looks like a wonderful DVD. Monty Don is fabulous! Lately my daughter has been interested in the old musicals, so we’ve been watching a lot of Gene Kelley. Frank Sinatra, Fred Astaire, and Bing, the local boy. There’s not much on TV worth watching, as you know, but we enjoyed the first season of Signed, Sealed, Delivered and we are giving Extant a try. Not real keen on plunking my tail in front of a box to be sold junk on the sly for the whole hour.
