Friday Favorite: FaceTime
Technology is pretty amazing, it can enhance our lives in so many ways. I mentioned earlier that we did the 12 days of Maine Christmas with our nieces & nephew. Their FaceTime wasn’t working for a few days, not we’re back up and running. It’s so much better to be able to watch all of them trying to guess what’s inside the box.
Being able to video chat is one of the great things about the times we live in. It’s so nice to be able to see someone face to face while talking. The introvert in my hates talking on the phone, but I don’t mind video chatting at all.
Do you use video chat to keep in contact with loved ones far away?

Video chat with relatives isn’t as good as being their, but what an amazing tool to be able to see grandchildren grow and change.

I love using skpye to hang out with my brother and sisterinlaw, and with my sister and brotherinlaw :)

I am totally in the same boat re: phone versus facetime. Maybe it’s because you can look at different things and move the focus around better? We actually collaborated with family to get another member an ipad for christmas so that they could join in this year :) It’s really nice to be able to “visit” aging parents that live far away.

Your face says it all!! Since we’ve moved to Washington State from Mn it has been so great for my little guys to “talk” to all the people we love back in Minnesota…
