Y is for ____________

August 30th, 2011

YOUNG – not as young as I used to be, but I’m still fairly young in my adulthood. I work hard to be healthy so I can keep some of my youthful exuberance into my old age.

YEARNING – I seem to always have a yearning to learn more, do more and experience more. I’m not happy to sit around doing nothing, if I have a spare moment you’ll find me working towards the newest thing I’ve been yearning to learn or researching a place I long to visit.

YUCCA LOVER – I grew up in South America so I learned to loved to love yucca early on. I don’t get it much since it’s not a local item, when I get up to Cleveland I usually buy some to enjoy. I usually cook it in chicken broth , but it’s quite good fried like french fries as well.

What words/phrases describe you that start with a Y?

Great posts! I would like to nominate you to partake in the 7 links challenge. I was recently nominated myself and thought it was a great way to promote your own content as well as share other blogs.

By the way young and yearning is what I would use for myself as well. I am still young in life, and always seeking new projects and learning experiences. Also, Yams – I love yams and try to put them in everything :)
