007 Day are Here Again

December 26th, 2013

Well, the 007 days of Christmas have once again arrived here at Chiot’s Run. Mr Chiots and I are huge James Bond fans so each year between Christmas and New Year’s Day we watch as many Bond movies as we can. Last year we got the 50 year anniversary boxed set as a Christmas gift for each other, it’s a great way to get all the movies.

It’s fun to have crazy traditions that don’t really have anything to do with the actual holidays. We love that at this time of the year we have a little down time and watching movies forces us to take some much needed physical rest.

Do you have any holiday traditions that are out of the ordinary?

Susy, I hope and pray this week of post Christmas/pre New Year down time will be a great refreshing time. Mine will be filled will energetic nine year old stuff. It’s been cold here so outside playing has been at a minimum. We have some activities planned that should keep us both busy.

Thank you so much for sharing your life experiences through your blog and podcasts. I’m looking forward to another exciting year of reading and listening.

Have a great post 2013 ice storm day.

I really wish I had some down time. I’m back at work today and wish I could be home having some quality time with my husband and son. Maybe next year!

I watched my first James Bond movie a few weeks ago. I really need to watch the others. Even though I have never seen Sean Connery as James Bond, he is the one I think of when I hear 007.
