Friday Favorite: Espresso

December 22nd, 2017

Here at Chiot’s Run, we brew espresso and drink it with steamed milk. Every day, we brew two cups and thoroughly enjoy them, down to the last drop.

Every morning I’m happy as can be to be enjoying a delicious cup of steamed milk and espresso, what a wonderful way to start the day. Coming from Colombia, I started drinking coffee in the womb and never stopped. It’s been one of my favorite things for as long as I can remember.

Are you a coffee drinker?

I’ve been adding a bit of chaga and cocoa powder to my coffee lately and it is delicious. What kind of espresso machine do you like? I would love to drink espresso every morning but the machines can be very pricey. Happy holidays!

Merry Christmas. Hope you had a lovely day.
Yes I am a coffee drinker, I don’t roast my own beans but I buy my wood roasted beans from a local company.. I have one cup of a coffee a day, a double espresso shot with steamed milk. Bliss.

What machine do you use? I generally brew a press in the morning but have been looking for a decent espresso machine for home use.
