Summer…
The frost is thawing from the vegetable garden as I sit and write this post, on the morning of June 1. It was a bit of a surprise, but not really. The predicted low was 37 degrees, at 2 am it was 32.
This will be a welcome change in other ways. I’ve long since starting using my phone to take photos instead of my good camera. I take way more photos on my phone and that’s where they stay. The result is that the photographic account of my garden last year is less than stellar, well, it’s on my phone, but I don’t look through those like I do my photo catalog.
So, here we are again, I look forward to hearing from you here.

I confess my camera sits long neglected – my phone takes much better pictures at this point, I take all my product photos with it now. Your garden pictures are always amazing.

The last year has been crazy busy, not sure if I’ve shared that we built a commercial building, but that was time consuming!

Susy,
Well, there you are. All is well I hope. The frost has long since gone in Nebraska. Well, that’s been three weeks anyway. Every thing is planted including the tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and sweet corn.
I have to say that my blogging has been a little lacking as well. I hope to see more posts about your gardening this summer.
Have a great day.

I’ve tried to make a concentrated effort to upload my phone photos to Flickr now. In my early iPhone days I had an older hand me down phone that I couldn’t do that so I’m missing some photos. I need to upload those eventually. But now it is handy to upload straight from your phone so I peruse Flickr quite often.
